Kinokuniya
Books, Stationary & Comics

Having a wide range of books and stationery items, Kinokuniya is a great place for avid readers or for those who are looking for special stationery items, including for scrapbooking purposes.

Yearly, I will be sure to get my diary from Kinokuniya, as it provides me with a wide range of diaries to choose from. It will be good to search for a suitable one earlier, as the nicer looking ones are often sold out even before December. It stocks up the latest books early as well, whenever a new book is sold and available for sale. The large range of book options make it easy for bookworms to be able to find the books desired.

The prices of the books and items sold are more expensive than that sold at other bookstores though. For those who are able to wait, the books will eventually wind up at Popular bookstores, at a much cheaper price. While for those who are unable to, Kinokiniya does take in early reservations for bestsellers, so I will be able to get my hands on my magazine or book immediately when it reaches Singapore.

Although there are many people within Kinokuniya, it does not appear very crowded or squeezy, as there is ample walking space for customers.
