SPORTSSSSS. Gymming feels very much like a routine with the repetitive sets and all. When it comes to healthy living, I think I need more motivation along with some fun and competition haha.

It really depends! I like sports if I'm good at that sport LOL but otherwise I'll go to the gym because there's aircon... :woohoo: :P

Definitely sports!!
But then again, sports will not be as fun and thrilling without some basic gymming~
Nobody likes PT but everybody loves to play.
Missing the younger days where my activation energy to exercise wasn't so high :$

Will prefer gym over sports as I'm not very athletic. But if given a choice, i'll pick neither. There's so many ways to stay fit outside the gym, such as yoga, kickboxing and more!

In my opinion, going to the gym is really convenient despite the fact that actual training is more effective (especially when you're training for the 2.4km run during IPPT where the use of stadium tracks is more useful). I plan to use the gym at my cousin's condo (once its building has completed) to train after knocking off from work as it is located across the road from my house more for the convenience it provides rather than going to the stadium or swimming pool on weekdays.

SPORTS!

Building muscles and toning your body in a more subtle manner, but so much more fun.

Sports is more appealing since calories could be burnt unconsciously whilst being wrapped around the competitive mode!

Gymming gets stodgy several minutes later. Especially if I'm on the treadmill overlooking some banal looking pillar. There is also the case of the air con. The air con in the gyms that I frequent to are sometimes switched on at full blast! The freezing cold air sliced through my cheekbones causing it to feel like I've stuck my face in the freezer for centuries in search for hidden ice-creams which was odd since I was shedding sweat//burning calories on the treadmill.

outdoor sports definitely. I only go to the gym to work on strength (ie. rarely ever) so I prefer to go out for a run!! It's usually quieter when you're outdoors too, especially when running in places like Macritchie.

I generally prefer outdoor sports, but I go to the gym for resistance training. Much easier that way.
