The Runtastic Squats application on iPhone is actually effective! Perfect for people who usually lose count of the amount of squats they did previously. I downloaded it and followed their instructions ooh it's so easy to use! The lite version is free whereas the pro version is paid. Mine's the lite version and it seems that everything is already available in this application.

Unlike some games where if there's the word 'LITE' involved it usually means playing a few levels before payment is required to unlock more levels.

ooh okay, i'll download it soon and try it out! there's an app called LIFT as well, it provides daily prompts for you to help you on your journey toward achieving whatever goal you have, can try out if interested! :) it's quite good!

Hey, if you want to tone your butt, all you have to do is to google butt toning exercises.

Although you will not see immediate results, keep going at it and you'll reach there (I used to tone my butt lol then I stopped). Anyway, those exercises do help. Plus they aren't as tiring as running and stuff. You can run to generally lose flabs all over your body but you need to tone your butt with these exercises to make it firm! Good luck!
