The Montage 2014 Photography Competition

b2ap3_thumbnail_1926216_638547136195212_1858192993_o.jpgEvery year, The NUS Photographic Society holds a nationwide photography competition. The theme for this year’s Montage is “Kaleidoscope: The Observation of Beautiful Forms”, which encourages participants to examine their everyday lives from a different perspective, in order to see beauty in all their surroundings, no matter how ordinary.

The tagline for the event is “I see beauty in…” and the hashtag on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook is #canyouseeit.

The Montage contest garners up to 1,500 entries every year. This year’s competition is open until 30th June, and anyone residing in Singapore during the competition period is eligible. Of course, it’s all public – you don’t have to be an NUS student to join!
